wedding event and cottage rental.
The classic black barns and rolling countryside are a nod to true New England yet the updates to this property provide you and your guests with comfort and luxury beyond compare.
Say "I do" in our stunning wildflower ceremony field, a one-of-a-kind experience and the only truly unique location that offers this in the Berkshires. As your guests park, a short walk over the brook and through the field of flowers will make a lasting impact.
Join cocktail hour under the portico and mingle with guests before heading into your grand reception in the pavilion barn. Our event barn holds an intimate gathering of 75 seated guests. Need more space for a larger crowd? Not a problem! You can rent an outdoor tent through one of our trusted vendors and have up to 250 of your closest friends and family celebrate your special day!
When it's time to retreat for the night, head up to the guest house with four other guests and relax in total comfort in our three bedroom, three bathroom cottage.

Imagine your wedding in one of the most beautiful Berkshire landscapes surrounded by a field of wildflowers. Perched high on our property is a beautiful wedding gazebo and is the ideal location for saying, "I do".
Guest House
This cozy, private, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom guest house is the perfect spot to get ready in before the big day and the ideal location to stay in with your bridal party after the wedding. Retreat with a total of 6 guests to the Cottage for the night and relax in absolute luxury.
Private Oasis
Cottage Farm is the perfect Berkshire oasis that allows you and your guests the comfort and luxury of a your own private property rental with a truly picturesque setting. With four distinct New England weather seasons and an event center that encompasses it all, you'll have the freedom of knowing your perfect date will go off without a hitch no matter what the weather holds!
